Cancellation conditions

15 days prior to the date of check-in. cancellation free of charge may be made on or before the end of the period of validity of the contract, and must be initiated in writing by e-mail. In the event of cancellation within the deadline, the Service Provider will refund the full amount of the accommodation fee paid within 8 (eight) days of the cancellation request. Cancellation within two weeks of booking, i.e. within 14 days, will be charged in full.
If the reservation is cancelled or the guest does not arrive within 15 days before the arrival date, the full amount will be charged as compensation.
No refund will be given if you leave before the end of the booked period.
