The central space of our apartment house is the fully air-conditioned central communal area located underground. The room is accessible from the courtyard and from the house. For ten people, it offers all the relaxation you could wish for. The room is not just for entertainment. Due to its size and facilities, it can be used for training courses, team-building sessions, family gatherings and birthday parties. The communal area is also connected to the central kitchen and has its own equipped bar.
