For the undisturbed and pleasant stay of our guests, please respect the following:
- Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Guests and visitors are not allowed.
- Guests who are drunk or violent at the time of check-in may be refused the keys.
- It is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Vértes, right next to the forest. To maintain the tranquillity of the area, music and dance parties and noisy activities are not allowed. Please refrain from any noisy activities after 22:00.
- The registration form must be filled in before you can occupy the accommodation. The provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes of keeping records required by law and for the purposes of compulsory data reporting (National Tourist Data Service Centre). The personal data will be used exclusively for this purpose and for the distribution of marketing materials related to the accommodation.
- The accommodation is equipped with a camera and alarm. The Wifi code is Dominik17.
- By accepting the Accommodation, the Guests accept the present Rules and Regulations and acknowledge that they are bound by them.
- The accommodation on the day of arrival (check-in) from 16 noon can be booked. Check-out and handover of the house, in the morning on the day of departure is at 10.00. Please switch off all electrical appliances when leaving.
Requests for stays of a different duration are subject to the departure or arrival of the previous or next guest, so arrival and departure at a different time from the above requires individual agreement. The Service Provider is not responsible for any objects left in the accommodation.
Breakfast and meals:
The accommodation fee does not include meals. The kitchen is well equipped and cooking facilities are available. Please do not eat in the rooms. The kitchen-dining room is used for meals.
Parking and security:
There is parking for 4 cars on the property, if guests arrive with more than one car, care must be taken to ensure that parking on the street does not obstruct the residents or traffic.
Fire loading:
The property is located in a priority nature reserve. In view of the above, increased attention should be paid to the rules on lighting fires. It is strictly forbidden to build fires in and around the garden of the property.
It is also forbidden to use fireworks, lanterns with burning torches, outdoor torches or other open flame devices in the accommodation, garden and surrounding area! The property has a fire extinguisher.
Smoking:
The interior of the property is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and in the courtyard in designated areas. To avoid the risk of accidents, please do not smoke on artificial grass areas!
Towel and bed linen change
Bed linen and towels are available at the accommodation, and the Service Provider will provide a change of linen and towels at the change of tour.
Furniture
The accommodation is furnished with quality, individual furniture. Please pay attention to this during use! On furniture, wet cloths and wet sponges should not be placed, as they leave an irreparable mark. We also ask that in summer, if you use sunscreen, you do not use the outdoor or villa sofas with sunscreen on your body!
Cleaning
The Service Provider will provide cleaning services at the change of rotation.
A complete set of cleaning equipment is available for guests to use, so that any minor tasks can be carried out conveniently.
Washing, drying clothes
The property has a free automatic washing machine and drying rack for guests to use. Please do not put wet clothes on furniture or chairs!
Rubbish – selective waste bin
Please dispose of all waste in the 240-litre bin in the garden. The Service Provider is responsible for the removal of the bin.
Using the air conditioner
Please do not use the air conditioner when you are not in the house!
Using the pools
The property has an outdoor and indoor pool. Everyone can use the pools at their own risk. To enjoy the pools in maximum comfort during your stay, please observe the following:
-The pools are for use after showering only,
-Food is not allowed in the pools,
children who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pools (not even in a swimming pool), and if an “accident” occurs, a full water change and disinfection will be required, for which a fee will be charged.
– Minors are only allowed in the pools under adult supervision,
-we ask that if you drink in the pools, please do so only with the plastic cups provided. If glass shards get into the pools, it is both an accident hazard and a serious mechanical failure, for which we have to pay repair costs.
Outdoor Finnish sauna
When using the sauna, please observe the following:
-The sauna can only be used with towels. Please do not sit in the sauna with bare body due to health precautions. You can use the sauna free of charge and at your own risk.
